1) The gross body which is composed of the seven humours (dhatus) viz.-
i. Rasa (fluid) Dhatu,
ii. Rakta(blood)Dhatu,
iii. Mamsa (Muscle)Dhatu,
iv. Meda(fat)Dhatu,
v. Asthi (Bone)Dhatu,
vi. Majja (Neurons)Dhatu and
vii. Sukra (sperms) Dhatu

2) The five cognitive sense organs, viz.
i. the senses of hearing,
ii. touch,
iii. sight,
iv. taste, and
v. smell

3) The five cognitive sense-organs, viz.
i. the organs of speech,
ii. locomotion,
iii. grasping,
iv. excretion, and
v. procreation (enjoying)

4) The five vital airs, viz
i. Prana (Area: Heart to Throat & Function: Respiration, Colour: Golden),
ii. Apana (Area: Navel to Soles of the Feet & Characterized: downward movement & Heaviness, Function: Excretion. Colour: Yellow),
iii. Vyana (Area: Body, Function: Circulation Colour: Sky Blue),
iv. Udana (Area: Throat to Head, Function: Upward Movements, Colour: Green), and
v. Samana (Area: Navel to Heart, Function: Digestion, Colour: White)

5) The mind which thinks

After negating all of the above-mentioned as 'not this' that…
Awareness (existence-consciousness-bliss) which alone remains - that I am
