Sequence 2: Means - Tool (Treta) --> Once objective & criteria is clear, we need to look for means / tools to achieve the same.
Sequence 3 : Achievement phase (Dwapar) --> With clear objective and means, we will make achievements to our objectives.
Sequence 4: Sustainability (Kaliyug) --> sustaining achieved object is very critical in view of Six mind enemies (Shad Ripu) . Deviating illusions happens making us away from achieved Objective. We need to mainly control speech & act in moral way. With help of disciplined life and clarity in thought, we can make achievement sustainable.
Sequence 4 a: In case of sustainable organization, we need to have dedicated, loyal team to work having dignified leadership. A rigorous validation is required for choosing a leader to have sustainability in Organization Status and growth.
